field still kicking up the gold

    Hello folks,

The rain let up today so I decided to head back to the large soccer field where I hit a large 8.2 gram gold ring last month. This time I started 10 feet further back on the same sideline. After pulling a few clad and tabs, I got a solid 44 signal locked in both ways and unearthed another large 14k mens wedding band 4 inches down. The happy dance on my knees was in order. The ring has (Benchmark Comfort-Fit 14K) stamped in it.I also found a Mickey Mouse pendant, a Sacajawea dollar and $3.86 in clad. funny thing is that I was sore and tired before hitting the ring but felt like a kid running around on Christmas morning getting my GI Joe with the Kungfu grip <: <:

    Thanks for looking,
    Dale

That's a beautiful piece of gold Dale!
Four inches down... must have been there a little bit, but it looks just as nice as the day it was dropped.
Must have been an awesome sight when you noticed it in the dirt.
    Congrats.

Nice gold !! I think more rings are lost when people take them off for safe keeping instead of just wearing them lol I agree that when the hunt gets better, all of a sudden you are re-born l
