First coupla hunts of the season get wheats and Silver!

Finally got the time and the weather to get out with the White's M6 this year. Took the M6 to Florida last week and just got out once at a local park. First hit in the sand got 3 hot wheels in the same hole. Then found two wheaties, and 3.84 in clad.

Back in Indiana, I got out today to a local park I'd been to a lot, and found my first silver of the season! A 56 Quarter, about 6 deep at the base of a sledding hill. I knew I was close after two 67 quarters and a 67 dime in the same area. Was just a short hunt, and ended with $1.52 in clad, besides the silver. Gotta be more there!

Glad you were finally able to get out and hunt down some silver Looks like I am in the wrong line of work...I should be making Hot Wheels lol Kids lose them by the dozens. Bet it felt good to hunt after 4 months of wishing!!

Thanks all! Yeah, felt good to get out again, and I so love it when I'm about 5 inches into the dig and see that sliver of white in the black dirt. Ya just know! I'm guessing with those Hot Wheels, some kid buried all 3 deep in their sand garage and then couldn't find the door. OLO
