    want to know what it came off of and how old it might be its about 3in x 3in

    hello Pamike ,

    the AOA (american osteopathic association ) was officially name this in 1901 so your badge or emblem couldn't be any older than this . can you tell if the item is just painted or maybe enameled and what the composition of the metal its made of ( steel , tin ,brass, ect) sorry i can't be more help as to what it went on .
