    Syatic nerve

If you , or anyone you know has this..it's been KILLING me for years now... crying01 Yup, at times almost to the point of tears.. tuesday after work, i stopped and got a heating pad, I got the most comfy seat in the house, and got up ONLY when i had to.. Come wednesday, i felt awesome.. but decided to take thursday off, just out of fear basically.. went in today, 'friday' and i was running around like i used to ! Still can't belive how good i feel 'knock on wood ' I was thinking my detecting days were over, but i'll be hitting a brand new site this weekend..

Sorry for the book, but i HAD to share, if it will help anyone... <: happydance02

Glad it is feeling better now. thumbsup01 Anytime you don't feel good makes everything almost impossible to do. But when you find the cure for getting old, let me know

    glad your feeling better Rick

i hate that lethal sharp pain stretcher: to me its like being jabbed with an icepick to the lower spine that can drop you to you knees . i haven't had that in a few years , thank God . seeing a chiropracter once in a while has helped alot .

If you can find them the Doans pills are great for the lower back. if that thing is burning down the leg and stinging better get it checked, that means the nerve is pinched and if pinched long enough it will die !
If at first you don't succeed, get the Government to Bail you out !

Hey Rick, got me a acupuncture treatment 3 years ago which made feeling me 10 times as a pincushion. But since that the pain is gone.
