    Wednesday short hunt

    Ted and I went out for a short hunt. To a yard we have hunted a few times befor. It has yielded several good coins in the past. Like a Lg Cent, Barber dime, a merc, several Indians. We wher there for about an hour or so and I only found 1 coin. But what a coin it was. An 1847 Lg cent. About 2 min. later Ted hollars he has an Indian. It was an 1868. I wish all short hunts wher like that. HH every one.

    I would take a short hunt like that any day! COOL! I think it has been over 25 years since I found my last large cent. (I've only found two.)

    Yep... that's a fantastic find. <: Love the LC.
    Kind of funny how the short hunts work out. I've noticed I have been
    doing much better on my short hunts compared to my long one's.
    Congrats on the LC... she's a beauty.
