    Hello from Claremore, OK

Just joined the site and moved to OK about a year ago. Coming from San Diego and the beaches, has been an adjustment, but I am looking forward to some coinshooting in the older part of the US. Own a White's Spectrum XLT, but no where near where I need to be with it. Anyone know of any clubs around the Tulsa area?

Welcome creesejr! Glad you found your way here We have some members from OK... send a PM to OkieDigger, for one. Not sure how far he is from you, but he has spent a lot of time detecting in the state and is experienced. The XLT is a very good machine from what I hear.... looking forward to seeing your finds, especially while it is so cold in the northern half of the US!

Welcome to the board, I am from Enid myself.

There is indeed a club in the tulsa area. I don't know if there is more than just this one though.

    Welcome to the forum.

    Here's a link to a Tulsa club: http://www.itthc.com/

I'm currently moving from California to Nevada, so I'm going through a Metal Detecting Culture Shock too.
I've traveled a long way, and many of the roads weren't paved.
