    Fridays hunt

    Hidy to all . Went back to where N. B. Forrest camp and hit two old house places in the fields . I ant been having much luck so here it is , parts of spoons , another magnetic rock , oil lamp parts , buckle , two rimfire casens one I have never seen before , it necks down to about a .44 cal. and has two firing pin notches , buckshot , dog tag , heart shape thing , Armand cold cream 1920s , camay soap token , Admiral Dewey token or something 1837 to 1917 , and a 21-D .     Some neat finds CWN! thumbsup01 I love finding those rouge compacts-that one looks unique.

    Congrats on the rare merc, my favorite coin now-a-days

    Hope you can join our local club for a group hunt I think it's going to be next Sunday afternoon at the old church camp. I'll keep you posted.

    Nice hunt. A 21D, that's a pretty tough one to pull.
    Oldest: 1755 Spanish silver; 1800 half dime | 1842 seated half | 1857 seated quarter | 516 silver coins in 2011!

    That's a large amont of musket balls! .
    I noticed you turned the Merc around when you turned the heart thingy over.
    I also find stuff like that...you'd think a coin or two would be mixed in. Do you find many coins that date with the relics? Only once in a while for me.

    Hidy C . I find the Mercs. and Bars. just about everwhere I go . Where the old farmers lose them I gess .

    1921 plain mint is still a good find,and a lot of neat find too,wtg CWN.

    Hidy A. I didnt even look it up , but the -D- was for dime not the ment mark . I found a 52 , a 41 , I thank and a 42 . I gave them back to the land owner and the first .58 cal. bullet I found for hunting on there land . Then found a 51-Q yesterday with two more bullets , .54 cal. & a shot one .Good luck at all .

    A 1921 Merc is the 3rd rarest coin in the series( not counting the overstrikes).

    A very nice find !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    That's a good variety of finds Earl silver and relics and lead,have you been able to zero in on the camp site yet?

    Hidy evan . Naw I ant haveing much luck at anything lately . Just a little here and there . Now deer season is in , I have to wait until its over now . Good luck hunting .
