A Barber From Golden Gate Park...Not Very Pretty!

Went out again to Golden Gate Park today...Wasted two hours at Speedway Meadow. That place is clean. Went across the street to a place I've found Barbers before, and with the E-Trac, at 8 down, I pulled this poor old smooth dime...1897 Plain. I'll will take it.

I took Judi, my wife on her maiden voyage with her new E-Trac yesterday. She didn't even know where the power switch was, but after 5 minutes she had an old green wheatie. 10 minutes later she had a Merc, then a silver ring. WHAT HAVE I DONE? :bangahead01: :bangahead01:

    Thanks for looking.

    Nice find!!!

You need to tell Judi to join the forum. I'll bet she knows where the power switch is now lol She sounds like a natural. I am sure she is addicted already!

Thanks Epi...Judi is no newbee to detecting. She's been hunting with me for 25 years. She's been using a White's DFX for years.
I just thought she needed to swing an E-Trac for a change.
    Thanks,
    Tom

Anything older then 1900 is a good find in any condition.

Thanks Rick...This Saturday, she found a Honker of a silver ring.
She deserves it after so many years not being able to find anything.
