I have never seen one of these before..It seems to say Standard High 20 Lour what ever that means. It VDI's +52 on the V3I and weighs 2grams.As far as I can tell it has nothing on the reverse side..Any ideas?? I would love to know what this is for sure but I have no idea..

it does says Standard rich colour and its a button missing the shank , but you can see where on the eagle it was attached . the button dates to about the 1820's
