    todays relics

    well by popular demand i was told to show my meager finds i got today . just some buttons (1 dandy ) and 1 thats is pretty cool , the back has a millitary drum and banners and says Wellington & Waterloo i'm pretty sure its comemmorative button of Wellingtons victory over Napoleon in 1815 and its got to be about period. well thats it George got lucky no coppers for now

    I know you guys out east find that kind of stuff all the time but for me those are some really great finds! The history there is amazing and thanks for sharing it Dan!

    thanks Steve , i'm still waiting for the day you find an old colonial fur traders outpost or early Indian trade related items . i know they find stuff like that in Michigan and Wisconsin .

    Thanks for posting your finds Dan. Those celler holes definitley produce the good old stuff.. I have to get out there sometime this Fall. I'm a strick park/school hunter but need to try the woods..

    Bruce this is the best time of the year ,nice and cool , no bugs , no humidity , no vegitation to cover the forest floor . don't wait to long my friend .

    Great finds Del... I love your relics... thank you for sharing! I have been leaning towards becoming mostly a relic hunter I love the history of the finds more than coins themselves.
