Last two hunts with the CTX

I hit my honey hole for my last two hunts and came away with a few keepers. The first hunt was only about 1.5 hours with my 7yo son and we found 4 wheats and about a $1.25 in clad. The second hunt produced a 1904 Barber dime and about a $ 1.30 in clad. The two spots I chose in the grove were loaded with trash and I had covered the areas more than once with the Etrac. I'm slowly getting the hang of the CTX it is a great target separator and very stable. I will be posting more on my thoughts about the CTX in the Minelab section.

Re: Last two hints with the CTX

Nice finds and yes after the learning curve the CTX should be real fun. I have yet to find a Barber of any sorts.HH

Very nice that you scored a Barber after hunting the area with your etrac. The CTX is sounding like a good machine and here is hoping for more keepers for you from past areas hunted with the etrac. Keep us posted.
