4 hours hunting and 1 ring

I spent about 4 hours at the beach today and I found this ring there's no stamp on the inside if the band. So I'm thinking its steel. But could it be platinum or tungsten. I'm heading back there tomorrow morning early it was packed today

I assumed platinum would have some kind of a mark on the inside if the band and this has nothing on the inside
