    Large CT State Seal Button

    It's been a week since I've been able to get out so I was excited to get some time this morning. I had to be back early so I stayed close to home, hitting a field that gave up a sweet KG2 a few weeks ago. Today I dug a few Rosies (I infrequently dig these, maybe one a year), two wheats 1914, 1946, a flower button from Leavenworth & Co 1839-49, and my first Connecticut State Seal button. Backmark is Scovills & Co Waterbury.

    I had the 13in coil on the T2 which covers a ton of ground, but there is a lot of ground to cover! Thanks! Drew
