    Big 🇨🇦 Half Penny !!

    We went up to Wisconsin to visit with the family for Easter a couple of weekends ago. While everyone else was eating I grabbed the Etrac and snuck off to the sports camp for a while. I managed a couple of wheats. As the Wisconsin state bird, the mosquitos, were pumping me dry I started to head back to the gathering. I got a nice deep sounding 12-41@ 5 inches. Figuring it was another wheatie. I started to dig. Around the 10 inch mark I got a hit on the pinpointer A couple more inches of dirt and out comes a big coin!
    Turns out to be my first Canadian bank token!

    It's a 1844 Bank of Montreal half penny bank token.




    I'm happy to have this one! Now my only question is, does this count towards the yearly LC tally?
