I got back out again yesterday, this time to a site that is next door to the one I hunted last week. It is a lot with a vacant house on it and the yard is nicely mowed. Small front yard but a large back yard. The Merc came from the front yard, everything else came from the back yard.
It is so nice being able to detect in February!
I was especially pleased with the bridle rosette!
The dropped minie ball was a nice surprise!
