Thread: My first class ring!

    My first class ring!

    I found this ring yesterday in a new spot. I had scoped out the site earlier in the week and dug a Merc, an Indian and some Wheaties. Yesterday I dug a sterling earring, a junk St. Chris medallion and this!

    [attach=1]

    The class is 1951 which makes the owner around 78 or 79 years old. I think I have tracked him down and left a message on his machine today. I hope it is his!

    Great find. I would say it was a lucky day for 2 people, you and the owner of the ring. I can only imagine the look on his face when presented with his long lost ring. This makes the hobby so rewarding.
