Wow, that seems like a once in a lifetime kind of find right there! Congrats on such a cool item. The best part is that is looks like new... you can only imagine who the last person to touch that item was before you found it... just amazing!

I found an all silver pin once. Although it's not 200+ years old lol but I was surprised that the pin on the ... pin ... was silver too.

Definitely a rare one. I can only recall one early solid silver knee buckle being dug anywhere close to me. Was nice though, early 1700s with hallmarks!
