Awesome start to 2016! And it is still January! That is a very pretty ring...my little girls would be hounding me for that one!
If you are able to dig near Lansing then I should be able to dig pretty soon too as I am an hour or so east of you. I thought about bringing my detector to work today but I tested the ground near me this morning and even though we had a bunch of rain and temps in the 40's over night it was still pretty solid. Maybe later this week or next. Forecast looks like we are in for warmer than normal temps.
