    A few keepers

    Hi all,
First hunt at an 1830s park didn't net anything old, but I did manage a surface silver ring.

Another mid 1800s park didn't yield any keepers at all, but a nice shard of flow blue china gives hope there might be something left. It will be tough to get to though because of so much redevelopment and fill added over the years.

Lastly, I stopped at a favorite site on the way to work and discovered that had torn out a parking area and removed the blacktop from a couple walkways. Under the gravel I got a 1920 wheat and another of these odd pieces that look like it might be a fastener for a leather flap? Also found some scrap lead and copper. In a grassy area I found 2 lead pieces I have listed in the what is it section.
