    This Last Week of Year

    Hey Everyone,
I've been sidelined with an arthritic knee for a good long time but was back at it this week
I thought I had my second gold ring of my career, it looked like gold and said 14K on the band but it began flaking away as I started cleaning it
I immediately started humming "Felix the Cat" when I found that pin.
The seated is an 1857 O. The quarters are 1943 and 1961. I think that tutor rose tombac is old and that fishy looking button looks interesting.
Thanks for looking and I wish all of our members a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Glad to see you are back in the saddle Drew. You have some interesting pieces there. Of course Felix steals the show but those two buttons are very cool. Would be nice to ID that fish button. I've never seen anything like that before. What is that green oval to the right touching the dandy ?

Thanks. I've been singing the Felix song since I read your thread.

Congrats on the comeback, and wow what a comeback it was! Great set of finds spanning a wide range. The seated looks great for what I usually see found. Love the Felix pin and buttons. Too bad about the ring, that's a bummer. I've had more than my share of those this year.

Congrats on some great year end finds Drew! The seated dime had to make the week for you. The fish button design almost looks like a fossil. Very unique! Best of luck to you and your knee in 2017.
