Rough day in the field had almost given up finding homesite then bam to in a row. I didn't even know there was a half dime.

I received permission for an old homesite I went there and there is so many iron targets that I think it is masking true targets. Should I try digging up some of the iron in order to try and find old coins or just give up on the site

Found this in a farm field today looks like an iron dagger. The blade section is square. It is an 03 on at pro so it is iron.
