My son Jeremiah aka. dime-o-mite, Freemindstuck, and I got out for our first good hunt of the season and popped a few goodies we thought we would share....havent figured out how to rotate the photos so sorry about that and thanks for taking a look!
Got out to pop some plugs with freemindstuck over the last few days and along with the usual pile of finds I managed rarity and two firsts in one plug.....my first square token and my first two cent token.....all in one!
So freemindstuck dug in to the research and found that D.C. Whites was...
This yard has turned into one of the best spots I've ever hunted!

Got out with my hunt buddy Freemindstuck and my son for a hunt at a house that's going to be demolished soon.
It didn't take us long to figure out we were on one of the best token pulls that I have ever seen.
Freemindstuck and I pulled matching $1.00 Vredenberg and Lewis tokens right off the bat...

Old Man Winters frozen grip has ended the season here in Iowa and looking back on the year many memorable hunts come to mind.
After thinking about it for a few minutes three things come to mind as "best find" or "memorable"!

Found it yesterday at a site that lots of old coins (freemindstuck had a four barber day here :perfect10: ) and horse tack has been found.
it was very deep almost 8 inches.
