How often do you find silver?

Hey guys! I am going to be heading to New York to see family and I was wondering. On average, how many silver objects do you get a week? In Southern California it's hard to find old paces to metal detect because almost everything is modernized every year, very few late 1800's parks.

Is this a steal or is this the normal value?

I bought this at a flea market a few days back and I was wondering if this 1876 CC dime was a steal for 50 bucks or if is was average value. It isn't graded but as you can see it is very detailed.

Is this a mint error or a weird scratch?

I found this 1906 Indian head a while back which to this day is the nicest one I have found so far. Anyways, I was looking at my coinage and I saw this little O right after the six in 1906 and it made me wonder if it was an error. PS I don't really explore my coinage that much so I didn't notice...

    First Merc and Third Silver!

Nice morning hunt brings up my first merc and 3 silver of the year. I spent a few minutes actually looking through my mound of dirt because I heard it in there but sense I didn't have my pin pointer so I just had to dig. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I messed up

I found this ring deep under ground and it was really bent up so I tried to fix it but I broke it into a few pieces. I later figured out that this was no normal gold ring, the company that made these rings only used gold from the 1800's gold rush. I feel really bad no. I might as well melt...
