I found this near a large creek that runs into the Green River here in KY. Any thoughts on what it might be? I haven't had much luck finding anything online.

My sign of spring. The easterly winds above Canada have taken over. This causes a breakdown of the winter low pressure system (polar vortex). This happens every year during the begining of the warming stage. Am I a meteorologist? No. But I have studied weather for over 30 years.
