got out again today for about 45 minutes, found a nice 1963 dime right on top of grass, $1.75 in clad and a nice 18k (electroplated) ring.when i dug the ring i could barely see the 18k and was happy as a lark ! the ring came in on the MXT at +47 solid bar under ring and was 4 inchs deep.

Not gold but pretty,not sure what metal it is as it is not magnetic. anyway it was 4 inchs down,vdi on the MXT was 47 and solid bar under ring.

went this morning, the river is just raging as in flood time. we had to walk half a mile then climb down a cliff to get to a spot to fish but it payed off. the top fish was 6 lbs then the one under it was around 4 lbs. had a blast !
