I went back to the park where I've been finding some silvers recently and wasn't disappointed at all. I ended up finding a merc, silver clasp & chain(turtle isn't silver), clad, toy helicopter and some odds and ends.

Every now and then my camera will give the illusion of doubling and I think that it's usually when I use a slower shutter speed, here's a closeup with a faster shutter speed and you can see that it's not doubled.

Whenever I go to a hammered out park or spot I'll always look for a spot where it's most unlikely that many people have detected, well I decided on a spot right next to a parking lot there and I'm glad that I did cause I managed to score me another silver. A good friend of mine showed up too...

I never did get a chance to see it in the hole but when I found it in a clump I'd taken out of the hole with my pinpointer I wiped dirt away to see if it might be silver and it was. It was a temporary mystery coin too which even made it better :grin:
