i have not been able to do any hunting all year but i still like to read the posts and i notice that a lot of people do not post any more i wonder if they are like me and are just unable to hunt as much or has a lot of them lost interest would be nice to hear from some of the older members just...

i have been unable to do much for a few months now but i have been noticing a lot of new members posting i sure miss some of the older members posts i quess that i am not the only one not posting much for finds hope it gets back to the way it was i do not even know of half the people...

just letting everyone know my uncle raymond melton from kirkland ill passed on thursday nite he was the man that got me into detecting back in 1978 he was a great detectorist and even better freind someday in the future i would like to write a article about him and show many of his finds...

got out with freinds today made a few good finds merc dime and a silver medallion plus some clad and a find that i thought was junk turns out to be a pill container for nitro tablets and a key chain tag thanks fr looking dennis

was able to get out for a few hours today it was a great day out for a change found two mercs both are worn thin rang up at 1243 plus a few wheats and the normal clad thanks for looking dennis

after a six month layoff for heart surgery i was able to get out with my two best freinds fred and earl i was able to make a couple of good finds a barber dime and a merc feels good to be able to hunt again thanks for looking dennis

out today with my son he had permission at a house just a little ways from home made a few decent finds thanks for looking dennis

the seated dimes are from my recent trip to tn the pictures did not come out good so i am posting them today with my finds from todays hunt the seated are a 1877 and a 1888 todays finds are a 1945 merc dime and the wheaties thanks for looking dennis

it has been awhile since i found my last barber this week i made up for it went south to my parents for the week got out while there found 3 barber dimes two indians both in the same hole and both are holed plus several wheaties thanks for looking dennis
