1800's MINE SITE & ZILCH UNTIL........

Paul (tattoou) and myself went exploring an old 1800's iron ore mine.we figured ther may be some old cellar holes off the trails but we didn't find any.all we found were caged over mine shafts and the structure in the pic is the furnace.makes ya wonder how impressive the mayan or aztec temples must be compared to this.
i took him to 2 town green commons that i had success in the past on.
today was not my day one lone Injun.
paul snatched 2 seated dimes.one at each spot.
1857 & 1877.worn but decent shape.he never found a seated coin and today he grabs 2 :shocked04:

lol You should have sealed him in the mine shaft while you had the chance lol Sometimes it's the other guys day. Can't help it, but the next good find will erase those bad memories I hope you get a Seated soon. Tomorrow is our hunt and I'm dying to see the small coil in action, in this iron infested site! Nice you got an Indian and didn't get coin skunked. I'll take an Indian anyday. It has saved me more than once!

rofl I read your post wrong. I thought you never found a Seated What brain? lol I should have known better. Still, no excuse for him to find 2 lol 5 cellar holes:huh: There has got to be something left there. I expect lots :yes: lol Good luck tomorrow! Dan is still alive as of the last reports we have on him. But I'll know better tomorrow if he's still kicking :cheesysmile:
