This mild New England winter has been perfect for detecting, when one is able to squeeze in time to swing the coil that is. And the finds aren't too bad either. :loveit:

This is my second 11 silver day hunt this month. :happydance01:

The best of the silver coins is this sweet 1831 Capped Bust half dime.

The 1877-CC seated dime had me smiling just as much too. :peace:

And the Barber dimes had me in a dancing mood! :happydance01:

And to top it off, I dug up a very nice 1787 Connecticut copper. :smitten: It makes my 18th copper this year.

I have found many old keys in the past, but none have looked like this one. :thinkingabout:

And the rest of the finds; a corroded Draped Bust large cent, my 5th Draped this year, a Indian Head cent, and several wheat cents.

:shocked04:stretcher: wow what a hunt :smitten: :smitten: great silver Angel and your Connecticut is in very sweet shape it looks like a Miller-33.7-r2 it has a URS-12 rarity rating very common (1,000 - 1,900 examples known) . i'm sure that one is worth a few bucks though |:cheering: |:cheering:

Dang dude! Thats a months worth or more of silvers! In one hunt! :shocked01: And a few of them are nevers for me! :crying02:
Simply off the charts Angel! |) |)

ALERT THE MEDIA!!! the Angel train is back on track and rolling full speed! geeeez man, you make it look so dang easy
big congrats on yet another killer hunt and amazing coins pulled from the cold dark dirt. :perfect10: :perfect10:

boy to have a day like that is something 99% of us would love to have and you seem to just pop them out you must be the wizard of silver great finds they all seem to be in great shape great hunt i can not wait to see what you come up with next dennis

:wow: WTG Angel. There are a couple of dream coins for me in that pile. Is that record silver total in jeopardy for 2012? Wasn't it over a thousand a few years ago?

If I could have hunts like that I would quit my job and metal detect all the time! That first photo is the stuff dreams are made of. It boggles the mind!

You sir, are the Michael Jordan of metal detecting!

hmmmm... not even sure what I have words for this hunt. Except for You da man!

Look at how many periods of silver coins you have here. Roosevelt, Merc, Barber, Seated and Capped Bust. <:
I can't imagine a hunt like that... must have been very exciting. Add the CT Copper :smitten: to the mix and you had a
hunt like the ones I expect to have if, in fact, I do make it past the pearly gate entrance one day. lol

What kind of depths were you pulling these coins from? I am sure they were quite camou:usaflag:ed with trash
but were they mostly deep?

Congratulations Angel.

:shocked04: :shocked04:

everything i would like to say has already been said...so put all previous replies into one reply, and that is my reply.
