A dozen buttons, mouth harp, pocket watch winder

Found a new cellar hole yesterday but some one had recently beat to it. I was a bit bummed to see a few uncovered holes and couple of pieces of iron stacked on a rock :-\ After a few minutes though it was obvious whoever was there before me was just cherry picking the high VDI coins. I ended it up with a handful of buttons and some other cool relics in less than two hours before I had to split.

Found the top of a mouth harp, nice old pocketwatch winder, thimble, and a mystery piece. I am thinking it might be part of shot or powder flask :dontknow:

Pulled a couple buttons with nice designs.

Jeff , the cherry picked sites are nice to hunt because of all the buttons you can find , it keeps you interested until the occasional coin or high vdi target that was missed. plus fat indians , shield nickles and hald dimes can all be some of the low conductors the skipped on , how about a couple more pictures of the mystery items . congrats on the goods |:cheering:

Your finds are still very good after the cherry picker. Just hate it when they disrespect the site and the hobby by not covering holes. Good day for you.
