A hand full of clad today

Well, I got out for a couple of hours today. I went to a county park and hunted the playground mulch for a while. When that wore me out, I went to a clean ball field for some easier work. I ended up with a handful of clad. I might hit the old school yard again tomorrow.

That`s what I did today, with the same results. Hoping to find silver and gold, but ending with clad and trash. I know it is down there, I just have to get the coil over it. I have been improving, getting the clad deeper. It`s fun, it`s the thrill of the hunt. I still can`t quit the day job.

The best part about metal detecting is that it all can change in the very next dig. That's what I love about it. Never knowing what you might find next, and the possibilities.
