An Inspirational Detectorist

I happened upon this guy's metal detecting videos on YouTube and was very impressed by his resolve. He was in an automobile accident in 1996 and is a paraplegic. He is paralyzed from the chest down and only has the use of his left arm. He metal detects from a power wheelchair and does quite well.

From now on I will feel silly complaining about minor aches and pains from metal detecting.

I think it's awesome that he has found a rewarding hobby from which he can enjoy a sense of independence.

I think someone told me about this guy:thinkingabout: Tana was it you? :dontknow: He has a great attitude and seems like a genuinely nice person too. Now I can't complain to Dan about anything anymore

Now that is the best metal detecting video I have ever seen.
