So I have been detecting an old dairy farm built in 1890. Lots of great finds including this but having trouble figuring out what it actually is. It is small. @6 in long and when buckled, it may fit a small child but it is stiff and not something myself or my detecting friends can figure out. Cool floral pattern on it. I am pretty sure it is copper. Any thoughts?
