Found this phone token from Israel with my ATP.

That looks exactly like what wikipedia has for a pic under telephone token. It was used in the 1980's. The US version was stopped in 1944. Maybe an Israeli immigrant had just brought it here. Idk if they figured you could use it here to make a call.
