I got out for a hunt today,the wind was a killer and the targets were few and far between. but I did get this 1944 walking liberty half.

I'm overdue as well . That's the same year I gave away in the last contest. It must be a Popular year. I figure with the War going on, people must have hoarded their Silver during those years. Real Nice Looking also !
That's probably one of my favorite of all the Half Dollars, the ones that are affordable anyway.
