Bluenoser may no have a heart of gold but...........

From the land of the Bluenose.....after a 3 hour stop at the Cobequoid Emergency with Marie (she is okay) we went to Tim's for tea and a quick dig. Knee felt kind of okay but after 25 minutes the groin muscle seized up and I limped back to the car where Marie was sitting reading. I told her that she had a heart of gold for letting me have my fix and then I showed her the silver one that I had found stating..And I just a heart of silver.

Leslie, sorry to hear of the groin muscle tightening up but at least you got some swing time in. Hearts made of silver or gold are the best.
