Bullets, Indians, and silver

I haven't gotten around to posting for the last couple of weeks but we had a few notable finds.
Last weekend we met up with V3 in MD and a couple of his friends to try out a spot that he had researched. My wife came up with a nice 3 ringer and a 1906 Indian head penny. I found another 3 ringer soon after. Not much else was found other than a little clad but we had a good time. Thanks to V3 in MD for suggesting the spot and inviting us!

Sorry the pics are a little blurry. I was in a rush and the lighting wasn't the best.

It has been rainy this past weekend but yesterday the wife tried out a new woods near the house while I stayed at home and worked on some projects.
She called me while on her hunt to say that she found a 1927 D Merc. Near it she also found a 35 wheatie and a no-date buffalo nickle. Looks like we have another woods to hunt!:yes:es:

Some very nice finds. I love Indians, and I don't get many three ringers up here, so they would be a treat to get  My first Indian was a 1903 and was in a park. I was pretty young back then and I think I looked at that coin daily for a year lol I guess you are thrilled to have some new woods to hunt. Hopefully it is a large area and was used to picnic. Good luck and keep us posted.

Nice mix of finds thumbsup01. That Wheatie wouldn't happen to be a '31-S would it. Definately looks to be a '31. Always like to find those Mercury's, make's my day!!
