Button, Buff, Badge

This is a compilation of two hunts. The flat button, shankless but I do believe that it had a design on it as I can see a partial design. What see you? The buff is dateless, both of these items did come from the farm that has given me some nice coppers. The buff is also the 1st nickle to come out of there.

The badge came from a site that used to have an old grammar school on it.
Wording on the badge is as follows:

OFFICIAL
PHILLIP H. LORD'S
GANG
BUSTERS

Looking on google I believe that this is from a radio program which ran during the forties. Saw some badges on images but none that had the word OFFICIAL.

Thanks for reading and HH everyone.

Love that badge! :loveit:

Gang Busters was a radio show from 1936-1957, a movie serial in 1942, a comic book series from 1947-1958, and a television show in 1953.

I found a couple badges like yours on the internet, one from hake's auctions and another on Pinterest. Hake's says it is circa 1937.

Congrats on the finds, Al! :clapping:

Cool badge! That buffalo is nearly extinct. That button is interesting Al. Too bad there isn't more to go by. Maybe those are trees or flames ???
