Capped Bust Dime, Seated Quarter, Barber Dimes +

Today I had another opportunity for an afternoon hunt, so I grabbed it. I had not expected anything like yesterday's hunt, but as it turns out it ended up being another exciting one.

I managed to dig up several more silver coins, seven in total. The Barber and mercury dimes alone would have made my day, but the added bonus of a Capped Bust dime and a Seated quarter made the hunt even sweeter.

The 1831 Capped Bust dime is worn, but a sweet find anyway. There were 771,350 minted.

When I first caught a glimpse of the eagle my heart skipped a beat. lol

Among the finds is another large cent, a corroded Indian Head cent, and several wheat cents.

Have a terrific weekend everyone!

Insane is right! :shocked04:

I don't even know what else to say!

Mind blowing hunt! :omg:

Wow... you are in a zone at that park. :clapping:

The early age of the coins you find at parks just blows my mind. :shocked04:
Care to give a ballpark age of the park you are currently hunting? :->

Someday I've just got to see you in action. It would be quite the learning experience.

Can't wait to see what your next trip produces. Congrats on some real nice keepers here Angel.

Thanks guys! :beerbuddy: :beerbuddy:

It is a good feeling to see some of the older coins pop out of the ground. But it's easy to get spoiled. lol

I'm not really sure about the park's age. But given the type of coins found there, a rough guess would be early to mid 1800's? :thinkingabout: Of course, that likely was your guess as well. lol

Yeah, I can see how one could get spoiled with your last two hunts. :smitten: I hope your good fortune continues.

That was my guess as well. It's crazy to think that a park user had a half reale in their pocket to fall out
and wait for you to find a few years later. :shocked04: :peace:

I am again speechless :wow: :perfect10: :perfect10: :perfect10: Except you know I'm never really speechless lol

What an incredible hunt :omg: That would be the hunt of a lifetime for me! :shocked04:

I'm looking forward to reading your book when you get it finished :poke: ;)

Angel, once again you have become an inspiration to us all. What a great pile of keepers (again). Keep digging and posting, love reading about your finds

Geez Angel! Only 7 this time. :(
Where's this park?? :poke:
I hope your luck holds out. I can only hope to find as much silver this year as you've found in the first 2 months :envious:

:perfect10:! You're just a big trouble maker, with all that silver take. Yoyu sure do have some good spots to hunt! Congrats! There's no catching up with you now! |:cheering:

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! thumbsup01
