got out with gary to 2 sites. a few buttons,a nice bridle rosette,a iron horse stir up,some harness buckles,a aluminum token,a completely obliterated smooth copper & this solid ornate silver piece.only thing I can think of is a piece of colonial shoe buckle.designs are on both sides though i don't know,kinda looks like it could be part of the frame.if that's the case this was some impressive shoe buckle if complete :shocked03:

nice assortment of finds.I would guess the silver piece was a handle that broke. Didnt anyone recycle back then?
