She was detecting about a step away from my Uncle's cottage (next door to our cottage) and found all this in one hole...

All 1700's Era Trade Silver. She was pretty excited! They are silver but she is just leaving them "uncleaned" for now.

I know I have shared this before but all of the Trade Era stuff that I (and my Mom and kids) have found are identified in the book below. The crosses are not in there though.

How cool that some of the little pieces are still connected together. Were these things just hung on their garments?

Those are ear rings. Here are a few pics from that book showing these ear rings...

The cross may have been worn as an earring or perhaps a necklace or on their clothing...I am not sure. It is strange to me that there is a hole at the bottom of the cross which means it would be upside down when worn.
 
Absolutely amazing Jared!!! That is REAL American history right there! They are so beautifully made, I would give them their own display case! Thanks for sharing this with us. Happy digging, Dave.
