City of Syracuse NY Fob

Found this fob a while back at a cellar hole i went to that was local for me here in Ct. cellar hole was pretty much pounded but still managed to pull this out. It says " Seal of the city of Syracuse" then in center it says i think CENTRAL CITY with some scenes then at bottom it says City of Syracuse 1848 unfortunately it's not silver but still a neat find.Don't know why photos come out sideways, not the way i took them.
