consumer affairs question

If my uncle for instance was mad at a certain company for selling him a faulty coil for a certain product would it be a waste of time for him to call consumer affairs.Or would it be faster to call the certain metal detecting company! :uk:usaflag::Gada mate fix my coil so I can get some gold

I wonder if a 25$ dollar processing fee through consumer affairs is worth it to get this certain company moving to get my uncle his new coil.

Just the company....it happens. I personally experienced this with Garrett many years ago, I called them, they just overnighted me a new coil...no hassel.
