It's definitely my last hunt for 2014, dang the year sure did fly by fast. I held out and was going to hopefully post another hunt along with this one but it just ain't gonna happen for me, it's too dog gone cold out there and the ground is froze right back up, looks like it's going to be woods hunting until spring arrives. Hopefully this lack of snow this winter will continue cause last winter was just ridiculous. I managed to score me a silver for my final hunt of the year though

Nice to see you got a little silver on your final hunt of 2014. Conditions very similar here in Vermont...just a dusting of snow...but given the cold temps the ground is now frozen rock solid at least 6" down. Better than last winter though as you mention. At one point last winter we had an average frost depth of about 2 feet. Nuts.
