Eagle Button and coin purse

It had been several years since I last found a Civil War uniform button, but I found 2 this month.

Looks to be a general service button. No back mark.

I got excited when I dug the remains of a coin purse, but no coins to be found.

Yes don't you hate that Jeff , I swear I've found about half a dozen coin purse clasps but not a single coin associated with them :needadrink:

Different site Drew but only a 5 minute walk away. They were neighbors.
