F5 back at the gun club

Took the F5 back to the gun club site and dug up more lead, a good count of wheats and 2 nice silver coins.
Most all of the items were 4 inches and deeper.............almost time to bring the AT Pro there to get the deeper signals......... :grin:

The AT Pro does detect deeper than the F5.

I did a quick air test with the F5, on a penny and got a good solid tone up to 7 1/2 inches...after that the sound was weak but still could hear a trace at 9 inches.

Of course this was just an air test with the Gain cranked up to maximum and the Threshold set down to -7 to stop the chattering---pressed the Phase Lock button for a few seconds.
Not a good test--not a coin that was in the ground for a while and not a good ground balance due to balanced the air.

I did the same test on a penny with the AT Pro and got a solid tone at 9 inches and slight weak tone at 11 inches in STD Mode.
