I have found these before and just found another one the other day. They are brass and about 1.25" in diameter.

What is it?

is a brass collar to a "nib" a wooden handle to an old wooden harvesting tool , like a scythe or the like .

Nice call on that Dell-I missed the diameter spec. Looks like the nozzles I dug up on the farm, just bigger.

Ox knobs. They have an even smaller signature which makes you think for sure it is a coin. More of them come up = more let downs.
