First GOLD of 2016 is 22K !!!! Rings #7 - #9

This year I have been re hunting schools that produced 7 to 10 years ago hoping they have filled up a bit again ! This elementary school has lots of soccer play on it by kids and adults . The clad started up right away ! As I went over by the baseball part of the field I got a strong +45 at 2 inches . Almost every time I dig a +45 it's can slaw or a zinc penny . A few of the +45 VDI 'S I have dug were gold , this would be one of the few times

It is ring #7 for the year and my first GOLD of 2016 !!!

It's a beautiful 22k gold ring with 5 diamonds stamped 916

. It weighs 7.03 grams . After that I found two more rings , both kids rings . Total clad for 1 1/2 hours was $6.25 .

Great gold. I need to hit sports fields. The best gold ring I found 10grams was in a baseball field.
