Friday evening oldies

I braved through some heat and a lot of humidity tonight and resumed hunting at a park that
continues to give up nice coins in between clumps of trash. By the way, where did all the late evening sunlight go? crying01

I picked a 15x15 square that gave up some nice old ones on previous hunts. This evening I spent the first half
of the hunt removing 2 inch or less deep coin signals that were getting in the way of deeper targets. After removing
most of the surface coins, I was again able to hear the signals I was after. :happydance01:

Although I missed the 'good' one by just a year, Red Book shows the 1876 IH to be a nice one to find too.

Best of luck this weekend folks.

So isn't that like 10 little indians this week? How much more land is there at that park? Very nice coins.

Good ears, good technique, good coins. You're really knocking the cover off the ball. Congrats. :cheering:
