Good going! I love figuring out what those odd relics are.

It has been a long while since I have hunted an old homestead. I guess I will have to spend some hunting time in the library this winter.

Nice going on the coins and the candle related part George . I had a similar hunt
recently , my finds were some clad coins and a Bic lighter ( which still worked) . Yeah , I just love finding this ancient West Coast stuff .:lol:

Hold on to that west coast stuff.... it will be worth a ton of money in about 200 years :lol: You know, you do have old Spanish occupation, and some old trading and mining areas close by if you can find them. Time to be a detective

NY is huge, there has to be some un-hit places out there. :lol: I bet that winter research will pay off big time in the spring!

Very interesting finds George. The GPX is being good to you isn't it. Are you having any problem handling the weight with that big battery on long hunts ?
